Delta BEC undertakes the supervision of construction with a dedicated team of construction supervisors, comprising professional engineers, built environment professionals, technologists, and technicians. The seniority of staff allocated to a project is dependent on the scope and intricacy of a project, and is determined in conjunction with the client. Contract supervision and construction quality monitoring are supported by our own site management systems, close-out reports and as-built drawings.
