Delta BEC’s Quantity Surveying Department consists of a team of professionals with diverse specialities that are qualified in a number of disciplines. The main spheres where Delta BEC’s quantity surveyors exceed in are mining housing developments, housing, industrial, commercial, and office buildings. Delta BEC’s quantity surveyors also deal with Government work’s such as the building of schools, clinics, hospitals, and sundry Department of Public Works projects.

The team’s service offering includes economic viability analysis (feasibility studies), budget estimates and cost plans, cost planning, procurement and tender documentation, application of various contracts (i.e. JBCC, FIDIC, COLTO, GCC, and NEC), project coordination, costing and control of tenant and client fit-outs/installations, engineering cost management and value engineering, property development, valuations of work in progress, cash flow forecasting, final accounts, calculation of escalation, controlling of clients’ briefs and effectively guiding clients’ capital.
