With our expertise and knowledge in sustainability, Delta BEC can provide clients with a stand-alone or an engineering design-support service which includes the following components:

• Assisting with feasibility studies, regulatory and funding support to provide clarity and obtain funding for changes towards sustainability
• Conducting sustainability audits that include establishment of energy and water usage. Audits can also be performed regarding waste disposal and carbon footprints
• Sustainability interventions such as green building and infrastructure designs, installations of water and energy saving products, and provision of renewable energy production services
• Assisting clients with obtaining Green Star ratings for their buildings. We have a number of Green Star Accredited Professionals who offer clients sustainable options and provide them with direction and expert guidance during the design and construction phases. As a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa, green design principles are applied throughout all Delta BEC’s design activities.
